Use these resources for learning and responsible planning, with the permission of the people who operate the systems involved.

Estimates, Not Guarantees

Tools and guides are provided for general information. Validate assumptions against the actual equipment, negotiated session parameters, provider documentation and authorized measurements. Results do not guarantee service availability, audio quality, capacity, emergency calling or regulatory compliance.

Responsible Use

Do not use the site to evade limits, overload services, expose another person’s information, or support unauthorized access. The server currently allows 60 requests per source IP per site in a rolling 60-second window. Respect HTTP 429 and Retry-After responses.

Network Changes and Third Parties

You are responsible for obtaining authorization before tests, captures or configuration changes. External links lead to independent sites with their own terms and practices. ABOUTVOIP does not provide a phone service, incident-response service or vendor support contract.
